Chongqing Yuqing Machinery Parts Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (Yuqing Gear) is a professional machining company of automobile parts, such as disk gears and shaft gears. Our company is located nearby Baiyunhu Lake, Qinggang Town, Bishan County, Chongqing. The environment is elegant and the scenery is charming. Founded in 1995, our company covers an area of 30,000 square meters and our annual sales are over USD 20 million. There are 330 employees, including 30 professional persons and 16 persons with senior or junior titles. Our company is fully furnished with many kinds of mechanical processing equipment 180 sets and have various inspection equipments. We have imported a Klingelnberg P26 gear-measuring center from Germany and heat treatment equipment, such as continuous reaction stoves from Austria. The whole logistics are controlled by ERP system for management. Our company has pasted ISO9002 Quality System certification in 2001 and TS16949 quality system authorization in 2004 and continue to pass the re-inspect in the following 4 years . Our monthly annual production capability is 400,000 sets of disk gears and shaft gears. We are now establishing another assembly line to elevate the production capability.
